Orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy are governed by the respective platform's refund and cancellation policies. Dinng is not directly responsible for refunds processed through these platforms. Please contact Zomato or Swiggy support for order-related refund requests.

2. In-store / Pickup Orders

Once food is prepared and served, we do not accept returns. If there is a quality issue with your order, please speak with the outlet manager immediately. We will do our best to resolve the concern.

The franchise inquiry form on this website is informational only. No payment is collected through this website, so no monetary refund applies.
